Life’s Hurdles

What would life be if it weren’t complicated.

What would it be like if we had no stress.

What would happen without changes

Would we be able to handle all the hurdles.

When we are small our hurdles though seem big

are just a wee portion, of what we encounter as adults.

Those small hurdles are only to help us

handle the bigger ones later.

Maybe life without hurdles would give us less stress

or would we really know what stress is without them.

Would we appreciate our lives more,

If we only knew bliss and happiness.

Life can only really be appreciated when,

we can see the true disappointments and accomplishments.

Therefore we only really live
