Maramec Spring Park: 57 degrees, rising, the water is clear with good flow;
fishing early in the morning is producing the best fishing; pink, white, and
orange doughbait is working well; green and white rubber leg jigs have been

Montauk State Park: 60 degrees, the river level is currently normal for this
time of year and steady as of 1:30 p.m. on September 1st. The water is clear.
Fishing is good on all baits with the best fishing in the morning and evening
hours.

Roaring River State Park: 59 degrees, the water is low and clear; use two lb
test or lighter; yellow, white, and pink worms have been working very well;
brown, white or fluorescent orange power eggs are doing well; use jigs in olive,
